Basic interview

The all-important first step in any biography is a carefully researched, professionally guided interview. For clients who simply want to record their unedited stories, we offer two-hour recording sessions (video or, if desired, only audio), with unedited content then provided on DVDs. Prior to these interviews, we talk with clients to research their stories and preferences and then prepare questions to cover what they consider to be the key aspects of their lives. Interviews are conducted either in our studio or in clients’ homes or other locations. Once their stories are captured on DVD, clients have the option of further engaging us to refine their material through editing and/or restructuring; adding photos, music, and graphics; retouching images, and more.
